Instructions
Cook turkey
bacon in microwave for 2 minutes. In a
skillet cook the eggs as an omelet. Stir
in the flax seed with the eggs and season with 1 tsp each black pepper, garlic
powder, and crushed red pepper. On a
plate make a small salad with the spinach, raspberries, avocado, and turkey
bacon. Once done, lay the omelet on top
of the salad and eat. Takes 10 minutes
to make.
