Blackberry cheesecake milkshake- 350 cal, 12g fat, 49g carbs, 16g protein
Prep time: 5 minutes
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp sliced almonds
2 tsbp ricotta cheese
1/2 cup fresh black berries
1 cup 1% milk
1 tbsp honey
4-6 ice cubes
Mix everything into a blender and blend until smooth. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
